This year's highlights

MareLife regional development tools have led to increased cooperation along all axes: industry-industry, industry-R&D and R&D-R&D. More coordinated efforts around the major issues for the industry: sustainability, reputation, profitability, constraints, etc. This has led to an increased awareness on the use of instruments, especially those geared towards industry-defined projects and towards collaboration between industry-academia.

This year's highlights

MareLife has managed to establish itself as a body to represent in a good way the opinion of the Norwegian bio marine sector as of defining the major challenges and opportunities to be addressed through R&D and innovation. This has been communicated to the authorities and the granting entities with potential implications for the budgeting and the priorities of the granting programs.
